WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- A magnitude-6.7 earthquake struck 181 km northeast of Bathsheba, Barbados, at 0927 GMT Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 14.7 degrees north latitude and 58.8 degrees west longtitude.
