JERUSALEM, July 9 (Xinhua) -- Another "Prisoner X," after Mossad agent Ben Zygier, was jailed by Israel under conditions similar to those of Zygier, who committed suicide in his cell, court documents revealed Tuesday.

The documents, released by the Central District Court, are part of an inquiry requested by Zygier's family into the circumstances of his death.

The new "Prisoner X" and Zygier were sent to jail at the same time, the documents said, noting that he had been convicted by a court.

It is unclear whether he is still in prison and under what charges he was arrested.

The documents are part of a discussion in the court about anonymous prisoners being held in similar conditions and how they should be treated.

In February, an Australian TV said Zygier, an Australian national and spy of Israel's Mossad, had been held in Ayalon prison under the name "Prisoner X" for 10 months for security- related crimes.

He was arrested on Jan. 10, 2010 and committed suicide in December 2010 in his cell, the report said.

According to Zygier's family, the jail personnel did not properly monitor the cells, a measure that could have prevented Zygier's suicide.

Also, the documents revealed that a security camera installed in Zygier's cell wasn't working and there was a serious manpower shortage in the prison.
