JAKARTA, Nov. 19 -- A bus accident in Bali, Indonesia on Monday killed four Chinese tourists and seriously wounded three others, website of the Chinese Consulate General Office in Surabaya of East Java said Tuesday.
The bus carrying 13 holidaymakers from Henan province of China plunged into a 20 meter-deep ravine near Uluwatu of Bali.
Three of the wounded people have been intensively treated in a hospital, while six others only have minor injuries.
All the four dead tourists were male at the age of 50s, Dudut Rustiadi, head of forensic department of Sanglah Hospital in Bali was quoted by Republika.co.id. as saying.
The official has received the bodies and identified them.
The driver and the tour guide, who are locals, were also killed in the accident.
The tragedy took place when the bus was heading to Uluwatu temple tourist destination after visiting Suluban beach.
