Photo story: 30 years' English craze in China

China's Ministry of Education has released a draft reform plan for Gaokao, the national college entrance examination, making it clear that English will not be included in Gaokao in the future. What's more, there will be no more English classes for grade one and grade two students in primary schools. Recently, the English exam reform has sparked heated debate across the country.
