Pakistan's Foreign Minister Khurshid Mahmood Kasuri on Sunday said that his country's stand on Kashmir issue is firm.

The foreign minister made the remarks while addressing a press conference in Lahore, the second largest city of the country, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).

Kasuri reiterated that the Kashmir issue should be resolved to the satisfaction of peoples from both India and Pakistan, and the Line of Control (LoC), bisecting the two parts of the region, is not the final solution.

The two countries should sit together in a bid to resolve the dispute, he added.

In January this year, both leaderships agreed to start a dialogue process to resolve all the disputes including the Kashmirissue.
