Yao Ming and his Houston teammates have recovered from a bad loss at New Orleans, beating the Milwaukee Bucks 111-107 on Sunday.
The Chinese center scored eight of his 27 points in the fourth quarter before Steve Francis shot an equalizer to earn a valuable overtime for Houston in the away match.
Yao Ming didn't get a point in OT, but his 30th double-double of the season, which also included 13 rebounds, was also a major contributing factor to the team.
Houston, with 41 wins and 30 losses, looks near to its first play-off appearance in five years.
