Top fours come out at world table tennis championship

On Mar. 3, 2004, Chinese table tennis teams won top of the groups after four straight wins in the table tennis team championship ongoing in Doha, Qatar.

On Mar. 3, 2004, Chinese table tennis teams won top of the groups after four straight wins in the table tennis team championship ongoing in Doha, Qatar. The men's team beat Austrian team 3-1 while the women's had a 3-0 win over Singapore. Later as they both got five straight wins after beating South Korea 3-0 and 3-1 respectively by the end of the group matches, both of the two teams will be against their strongest rival for the finals. In group B, Germany men's team will meet Sweden while Japanese women's will meet Hong Kong, China.
