CPC publishes regulations on internal supervision

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has published the regulations on internal supervision on Tuesday. In a notice accompanying the regulations, the Party central committee calls for Party members at all levels to strictly implement the regulations.

The regulations attach great importance to carry forward democracy and strengthen supervision within the Party, and safeguard Party unity and advancement, said the notice.

The CPC Central Committee has also promulgated the regulations on disciplinary penalties, which will be published in full on Wednesday.

Expecting the regulations on disciplinary penalties to play a significant role in furthering the fight against corruption withinthe Party, the CPC Central Committee urges all the Party members to earnestly study, widely publicize and strictly observe the regulations.

The CPC Central Committee will intensify inspections of the implementation of the regulations on disciplinary penalties in order to improve the creativity, cohesion and combat capability of the Party.
