Kuwait, who appear to be China's main rivals in the first round of World Cup qualifiers, have made Hong Kong their temporary home.

They have begun their preparations for next Wednesday's match against the Chinese in Guangzhou.

The Arab team will play a friendly behind closed doors against K-League side Busan Icons at Siu Sai Wan on Saturday.

Another encounter scheduled for Wednesday (today) was postponed because Kuwait are still awaiting for seven players who have commitments in the Asian Football Confederation's club competitions.

The Koreans have decided to use Hong Kong for a training camp in preparation for their domestic season.
