WHO, FAO experts tour bird flu-hit Jiangxi

Experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has toured east China's Jiangxi Province to monitor bird flu control, according to reports Tuesday by the WHO and FAO China representatives to the Agriculture Ministry.

Experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has toured east China's Jiangxi Province to monitor bird flu control, according to reports Tuesday by the WHO and FAO China representatives to the Agriculture Ministry.

The WHO and FAO teams toured Jiangxi on Feb. 8 and 9, during which suggestions were made to increase cooperation between China and the two world bodies in containing bird flu.
