The Chinese
Ministry of Health
said on Jan. 29 that no new SARS case had been reported in the previous 24 hours on the Chinese mainland.
"No suspected or diagnosed SARS cases were reported on the Chinese mainland from 10 a.m. Jan. 28 to 10 a.m. Jan. 29," the ministry said in its daily monitoring report on SARS.
The ministry said the three diagnosed SARS cases on the Chinese mainland this winter had all recovered and been discharged from hospital.
The three SARS cases -- a 35-year-old businessman, a 32-year-old TV producer and a 20-year-old waitress -- were all found in south China's
Guangdong
