Exports of China's mechanical & electrical products hit nearly US$23b

As learned from the Ministry of Commerce, in 2003, China exported USD227.46b. worth of mechanical and electrical products.

As learned from the Ministry of Commerce, in 2003, China exported USD227.46b. worth of mechanical and electrical products, an increase of 44.8 percent and accounting for 62.4 percent of the exports increments. It contributed to the exports growth by 21.6 percent and for the first time it shared over half of the exports, at 51.9 percent of the total exports. This was the ninth year in succession that these products topped the list of China' export products. The goal set for the "Tenth Five-year Plan" for it was fulfilled ahead of schedule.
