The Israeli army has pulled back from the eastern areas of Nablus and Balata refugee camp, but is still stationed on its entrances and imposes strict closures on them after a military operation which lasted for several weeks, the sources said.
According to the sources, the Israeli army demolished earlier on Monday a three-storied house in Balata which was owned by Nader AbuLeil, a member of Al-Aqsa Brigades, the military wing of the Fatah movement.
In another development, two Palestinians were injured Monday in the southern West Bank town of Hebron when a number of Jewish settlers stormed into the Palestinians' houses in Wadi Nasara and assaulted the residents.
