James Kelly visits China

James Andrew Kelly, US Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, is scheduled for a visit to China Tuesday and Wednesday according to Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao Tuesday.

James Andrew Kelly, US Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, is scheduled for a visit to China Tuesday and Wednesday according to Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao Tuesday.

Liu told the routine press conference that Kelly will exchange views with the Chinese side on the Sino-US relations, the nuclear issues of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and other important international issues during his meetings with Chinese officials, said Liu Jianchao.

Further news about Kelly's visit and his meetings with Chinese officials will be published timely, Liu promised.
