As introduced, the telecom cards occupy 70 percent of the whole market shares. Acceding to the report, the non-telecom card market will develop greatly. The market of social insurance cards, traffic cards and cards of e-government will increase steadily and the market of ID cards and bankcards will be the main target of manufacturers.
