Chinese mainland reports no SARS case on National Day

The Chinese Ministry of Health (MOH) reported no SARS case in the 24 hours from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday on the Chinese mainland.

The Chinese Ministry of Health (MOH) reported no SARS case in the 24 hours from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday on the Chinese mainland.

According to reports from all localities, there has been neither clinically confirmed nor suspected patient of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) on the mainland since the ministry resumed daily reporting on the epidemic disease on Sept. 19, said the report.

The week-long National Day holiday began on Wednesday.
