Asian gymnastics championships to be held in Guangzhou in November

The second Asian Gymnastics Championships will be held on November 19-26 in Guangzhou, the capital city of south China's Guangdong province, organizers said Saturday in Guangzhou.

The second Asian Gymnastics Championships will be held on November 19-26 in Guangzhou, the capital city of south China's Guangdong province, organizers said Saturday in Guangzhou.

World champions Li Xiaopeng and Yang Wei will spearhead the Chinese team at the seven-day event which feature apparatus, individual all-round and team events.

Gymnasts from 15 countries and regions, including South Korea and Japan, have so far confirmed participation in the Championships.
