The come-back Chinese table tennis veteran Li Ju tasted the victory again in the Pro Tour as she claimed the women's doubles title with her new partner Bai Yang at the China Open table tennis Championships in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian Province in Southeast China on Sunday.

Li/Bai upset their compatriots Guo Yan/Li Nan 4:3 (12-10, 8-11,10-12, 11-9, 11-6, 8-11, 11-9) in the final.

Li, 27, who had quit table tennis for one year, returned to national team this spring and entered quarterfinals in both singles and doubles at the World Championships.

She said after today's final:"It's an unexpected victory. Bai and I just teamed up before the China Open. We felt better and better after each game."

The 19-year-old Bai said:"Li is like my sister whom I can rely on and trust in. She is more experienced than me. I felt easy and relaxed when I played with her."

Guo said they made mistakes at some crucial moments. "We were too eager to win the game."
