Chinese State Councilor to Meet Six-party Talks Delegates

Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan is expected to meet delegates to the Beijing six-party talks on the Korean nuclear issue at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse Friday noon, said sources from the talks' press center.

Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan is expected to meet delegates to the Beijing six-party talks on the Korean nuclear issue at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse Friday noon, said sources from the talks' press center.

Also according to the sources, Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi, head of the Chinese delegation, will hold a press conference at the press center Friday afternoon.

The Beijing six-party talks, which involve China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the United States, the Republic of Korea (ROK), Russia and Japan, began Wednesday morning and is scheduled to conclude around Friday noon.
