China Clinches Gold in Gymnastics Women's Team Final

China clinched the women's team gold medal in artistic gymnastics competition at the 22nd World University Games here Thursday evening.

China clinched the women's team gold medal in artistic gymnastics competition at the 22nd World University Games here Thursday evening.

The Chinese team accumulated 109.625 points for the top honor, with Ukraine in second in 108.525 and Russia third in 106.925.

The home side South Korea, who took the gold for men's team final Wednesday, collected only 97.650 points to end up seventh.
