Six Parties to Hold Separate Talks: ROK Official

Jeong Woo-jin, official with the Foreign Affairs and Trade Ministry of the Republic of Korea (ROK), said here that separate meetings will be held Thursday afternoon among the six parties to the Beijing talks.

The second day of the Beijing six-party talks on the Korean nuclear issue began late in the morning, and delegations from China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the United States, the ROK, Russia and Japan, discussed the speeches made Wednesday by all parties concerned and spelt out their respective stance, the official said.
