Chinese Vice-premier Meets Guests from Republic of Congo

Chinese Vice-Premier Huang Ju met in Beijing Wednesday with Jacques Yvon Ndolou, minister delegate in the Presidency of the Republic of Congo in charge of National Defense.

Chinese Vice-Premier Huang Ju met in Beijing Wednesday with Jacques Yvon Ndolou, minister delegate in the Presidency of the Republic of Congo in charge of National Defense.

Vice-Premier Huang said China and the Republic of Congo had enjoyed traditional friendship, and bilateral relations have developed smoothly since the forging of diplomatic ties between the two countries.

The two countries have supported each other in international affairs and have common ground on many major international issues, he said, and furthering the relations between the two countries conforms to the fundamental interest of both.

The Chinese government and people valued the relationship with the Republic of Congo and would like to promote the existing friendly relations, Huang said.

Ndolou said that he was committed to developing friendly relations with China and stepping up cooperation and development with the country in all fields.
