Chinese FM Spokesman Condemns Bombay Blasts

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan condemned the explosions in Bombay Monday. Kong said "we are shocked and condemn the explosions causing heavy casualties among the civilians."

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan condemned the explosions in Bombay Monday.

Kong made the remarks when asked to comment on the explosions in Bombay, India's commercial heart.

Kong said "we are shocked and condemn the explosions causing heavy casualties among the civilians."

He also expressed sympathy for families of the victims and the injured.
