China Donates 200,000 USD to Pakistan for Flood Relief
The Chinese government Saturday donated 200,000 US dollars to Pakistan to support the country's flood relief efforts.

The Chinese government Saturday donated 200,000 US dollars to
Pakistan
to support the country's flood relief efforts.
This is the second donation made by China in the past two weeks.On Aug. 7, the Chinese Red Cross made a donation of 50,000 dollarsto Pakistani Red Crescent Society for the relief work.
The money will be spent on foodstuff, tents, blankets and clothing to be distributed in the flood-stricken areas in southernPakistan.
Since late July, many districts in Sindh and Balochistan provinces have experienced heavy rains and floods and suffered great casualties and loss of properties. About 200 people have died and nearly one million people have become homeless. The cropshave also been affectedly badly.
