Six-parties talks on the ongoing nuclear issue of Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will open soon in Beijing, South Korean Yonhap News Agency quoted the DPRK's Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) as reporting on Monday.
A DPRK's Foreign Ministry's spokesman said to KCNA that the multilateral nuclear talks will open soon in Beijing, adding that the DARK "expects sincere changes in US policy toward Pyongyang at the forthcoming meeting."
"The multilateral talks that the United States has insisted on will now actually take place, so it will become clear to the international community whether the United States has the will to changes its policies toward the DPRK," the spokesman said in a commentary.
Last Thursday, Pyongyang notified South Korean Foreign Ministry that it accepted multilateral format to solve the nuclear issue which Washington prefers.
The US, the DPRK, China, South Korea, Russian and Japan are the involving six parties.
