World's Largest Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous Manufacturing Base Built in Hongze

Dayang Chemical Limited Company, a joint-venture enterprise located in Xishunhe Town Hongze County, Jiangsu Province, has been put into operation recently after completion. With a joint investment of RMB 60 million yuan by Dayang, an Indonesian listed company and Hongze Yinzhu Chemical Group, the company can annually turn out an output of 200,000 tons sodium sulfate anhydrous. So the completion of the joint-venture makes the annul sodium output in Hongze County to reach 800,000 tons, thereby making the largest sodium production base in China to leap to the top of the world.

The mirabilite mine in Hongze County is the only extra large one in east China. In the verified area of 8.4 square kilometers, the prospect reserve reaches 150 million tons. Clients of different countries welcome very much the Sodium sulfate anhydrous produced in this area because of its high grade and good quality. During these years, with the further development of the mirabilite mine, many foreign listed companies take a great account of the excellent traffic, good environment, abundant resources and huge business opportunities with investment made for the development of mirabilite resources here one after another.

Following the establishment of Jiangsu Nanfeng Chemical Co. Ltd. formed jointly by Shanxi Nanfeng Group (China's largest Sodium sulfate anhydrous manufacturing enterprise) and Hongze Chemical Group, a Spanish Sodium sulfate anhydrous manufacturing giant signed a contract with Nanfeng Group for a project to turn out 200,000 tons Sodium sulfate anhydrous annually was launched. Therefore, the annual output of Sodium sulfate anhydrous in Hongze came to 600,000 tons, making it to become an important Chinese chemical base with the production and marketing quantities next to none in China.

The 200,000 tons project with Dayang Company is the cooperation between Indonesia and Hongze County. The automatic manufacturing equipment used in this project now is a set of equipment, the highly automated with the most advanced technology for bringing about the best economic benefit. Improved on the basis of traditional manufacturing technology, this new equipment can automatically adjust the main technological parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flux and liquid level. Automatic operation is adopted during the whole production process, and so the production efficiency and product quality are improved greatly. Now, the output of Sodium sulfate anhydrous is about 1,000 tons daily and the annual output 300,000 tons with the main content of the products to reach 99.4 percent, and every index is higher than that of the first class product. Besides, this equipment can set up individual parameters and produce special production to meet client' needs in line with their requirements.
