China Replaces Top Two Navy Commanders

The Central Military Commission of China has issued an order to change the leadership of the Navy. The order has appointed Zhang Dingfa Commander and Hu Yanlin Political Commissar of the Navy while removing Shi Yunsheng and Yang Huaiqing from those posts.
