China Confirms ROK President's Visit

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Kong Quan on Thursday confirmed the Republic of Korea (ROK) President Roh Moo-hyun's upcoming visit to China.

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Kong Quan on Thursday confirmed the Republic of Korea (ROK) President Roh Moo-hyun's upcoming visit to China.

Kong said at a press conference that China and the ROK are making preparations for the visit, which will take place "in the near future."

He gave no further details, but promised to disseminate further information once he receives it.
