China's Private Senior Middle School Sets up Harvard Class
A private senior middle school in east China's Zhejiang province will start a Harvard class next semester.

A private senior middle school in east China's
Zhejiang
province will start a Harvard class next semester.
Supported by the American Educational Center, Shangshu private senior middle school in Anji city of Zhejiang province will enroll100 students for a special Harvard class next semester.
Students in the Harvard class is expected to be taught by faculties comprising Chinese and American teachers. Besides the traditional courses, the class will also open courses taught in American middle schools. Upon graduation, students will receive two certificates, a Chinese one and an American one.
Moreover, apart from taking the national college entrance exam,students in the special class can also apply for Harvard University to study.
Founded in 1984, the Shangshu private middle school was the first middle school of its kind in China ratified by the relevant educational authorities. With an area of over 120,000 square meters, the school had an enrollment of more than 3,000 students.
