China Concerned about Japan's War-contingency Legislation: FM Spokeswoman

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue said here Thursday that China is concerned about Japan's House of Representatives passing a set of contingency bills.

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue said here Thursday that China is concerned about Japan's House of Representatives passing a set of contingency bills.

It would be in Japan's long-term interest and conducive to peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region for Japan to adhereto its strictly defensive military policy, Zhang said in response to a question at a regular press conference.
