7 New SARS Cases, 4 Deaths in HK
Seven patients were confirmed to have contract SARS and four died in Hong Kong as at 1 p.m. Thursday, the government announced.

Seven patients were confirmed to have contract SARS and four died in
Hong Kong
as at 1 p.m. Thursday, the government announced.
The new affected included two healthcare workers, one from Prince of Wales Hospital and the other from Tuen Mun Hospital.
Four women aged from 60 to 100 died, bringing to 208 the total number of deaths relating to SARS.
A total of 1008 patients have recovered and have been discharged from public hospitals. Of them, 24 were discharged Thursday.
There are now 445 patients in hospital, of whom 91 are recovering patients who are in convalescence and preparation for discharge.
Most of the patients currently in hospital are showing positiveresponses to the treatment protocol. Sixty-six patients are receiving treatment in intensive care unit.
