French Prime Minister Arrives in Beijing for Visit

French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin arrived in Beijing Friday morning, kicking off his two-day official visit to China.

French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin arrived in Beijing Friday morning, kicking off his two-day official visit to China.

Prime Minister Raffarin on Friday will meet with Chinese President Hu Jintao and hold talks with Premier Wen Jiabao, who plays host to him.

Prime Minister Raffarin was greeted by Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing at the airport.
