Rocket Hits Peacekeepers' Headquarters in Afghanistan

A rocket hit the compound of the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in central Kabul late Sunday, witnesses and police said.

A rocket hit the compound of the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in central Kabul late Sunday, witnesses and police said.

Police have rushed to the scene, but there are no immediate reports of injuries and damage. The compound of the ISAF is not far from the US embassy in Kabul.

Meanwhile, a second rocket hit a neighborhood on the city's outskirts, and the rockets were launched from the east of the capital, police said.
