China Able to Achieve Target of Well-off Society: Premier

Premier Wen Jiabao said China is able to overcome various difficulties and fulfill the lofty target of building a well-off society in an all-round way under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee with Hu Jintao as General Secretary.
