Presidium of 10th NPC First Session Holds 2nd Meeting

The presidium of the First Session of the Tenth National People's Congress (NPC) held its second meeting Saturday in Beijing.

The presidium of the First Session of the Tenth National People's Congress (NPC) held its second meeting Saturday in Beijing.

The meeting decided to present a draft decision on a government restructuring plan and draft methods on election and appointment to NPC delegations for deliberation, before putting them to voting at the NPC session.

The presidium meeting was presided over by Wu Bangguo, an executive chairman of the presidium.
