Fifth Plenary Session of First Session of 10th NPC, March 15

1. Vote on the draft name list of Chief Ballot Examiner and other Ballot Examiners

2. Elect Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the 10th NPC

3. Elect members of the Standing Committee of the 10th NPC

4. Elect President and Vice President of the People's Republic of China
