Wives of Foreign Military Attaches in China Celebrate Women's Day

Wives of foreign military attaches and assistant military attaches in China celebrated the International Women's Day here Thursday with teachers and students of the Institute of Arts of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA).

Students from the music and dance departments performed for the guests, and the guests responded with a fashion show featuring their respective national attire for the Chinese students and teachers.

The guests had high praise for the excellent artistic talent and said that such activities helped them better understand the PLA.

Seventy-four wives of military attaches and assistant military attaches from 44 countries participated in the activity which was organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chinese Ministry of National Defense.
