State Council Cancels More Items for Administrative Examination & Approval

Following the deletion of 789 procedures from administrative approval list, the State Council has recently decided to abolish 406 more and deliver another 82 procedures into the management of trade organizations or social intermediaries.

Following the deletion of 789 procedures from administrative approval list, the State Council has recently decided to abolish 406 more and deliver another 82 procedures into the management of trade organizations or social intermediaries.

Sources say 241 out of the 406 procedures are related to economic management with 105 concerning social affairs and the rest 60 involving administrative affairs and other matters.

Since the State Council launched the program to reform its administrative approval system in October 2001, significant progress has been made step by step in this regard due to support and collaboration given by relevant departments. So far, a total of 1195 items in two consecutive batches have been removed from the list for administrative approval, and coupled with another 82 changing management manners that makes a total of 1277 items.
