Qinghua (Tsinghua) University's Heyuan dining hall, one of Tuesday's bomb attack sites, opened for business at noon Wednesday.

"The number of customers is nearly the same as usual," a waitress told the reporter at 12:00 a.m., while several foreign journalists interviewed an eyewitness.

Meanwhile, Nongyuan dining hall in nearby Beijing University, the other site, remains sealed off by police.

The job fair for graduates proceeded according to schedule on Wednesday in Qinghua University's gymnasium.

Although security measures were tight and even more stringent with more police and security men around, the fair still drew more than 4,000 students to participate.

Tuesday's blasts on the campuses of China's two most prestigious universities injured nine people altogether.
