New Buick Sedan Cars to Hit Chinese Market

Two new Buick sedan cars from Shanghai GM, a Sino-US joint venture, will hit the domestic market nationwide on Feb. 10.

Two new Buick sedan cars from Shanghai GM, a Sino-US joint venture, will hit the domestic market nationwide on Feb. 10.

Sources form the joint venture said the prices inside China forthe Regal GL 2.5 and the Regal G 2.5 would be 263,800 yuan (31,783US dollars) and 243,800 yuan (29,373 US dollars), respectively.

The two models were equipped with roof windows, genuine leatherseats, wide tires and six-cylinder engines.

Shanghai GM is a 1.52-billion-US-dollar joint venture between General Motors, of the United States, and the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. It is also the largest Sino-US joint venture.
