President Jiang Accepts Credentials from New Ambassadors

Chinese President Jiang Zemin accepted credentials from four newly-arrived ambassadors to China Monday morning at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

Chinese President Jiang Zemin accepted credentials from four newly-arrived ambassadors to China Monday morning at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

The ambassadors were Eidur Gudnason (Iceland), who arrived in Beijing on January 8, Tran Van Luat (Vietnam), who arrived on January 10, Mowaffaq M. Jassim Al-Ani (Iraq), who arrived on January 11, and Faisal Rashed Al-Ghais (Kuwait), who arrived on January 15.
