Security Council Adopts Anti-terror Declaration

Foreign ministers of the UN Security Council members adopted on Monday a declaration calling for "urgent action to prevent and suppress all active and passive support to terrorism."

Foreign ministers of the UN Security Council members adopted on Monday a declaration calling for "urgent action to prevent and suppress all active and passive support to terrorism."

The document, endorsed at the end of an open Security Council ministerial meeting, also called for all 191 UN member states to comply fully with all relevant UN anti-terror resolutions.
