US President George W. Bush sent a fresh warning to Iraqi President Saddam Hussein on Tuesday, saying that "time is running out" for Baghdad to disarm.

"So far I haven't seen any evidence that he (President Saddam) is disarming. Time is running out on Saddam Hussein. He must disarm," Bush said when meeting with visiting Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski at the White House.

"I'm sick and tired of games and deception. And that's my view of timetables," Bush said, responding to a question whether Washington has a timetable in mind to end its stand-off with Baghdad.

As to his meeting with Kwasniewski, Bush said they are expectedto have substantive talks on a lot of issues ranging from the war on terror to the recent decision by the Polish government on the purchase of US-made F-16 jet fighters.

Bush, who welcomed Kwasniewski for the first time since July last year, said that he has got "no better friend" in Europe todaythan Poland.

Kwasniewski, for his part, called on the United States to increase investment in Poland, saying that his country is open to US investors.

The Polish president also expressed support in the Bush administration's policy toward the Korean peninsula.
