India, Russia to Ink Delhi Declaration
The declaration to be signed by President Putin and Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee would outline cooperation in combating terrorism besides covering a wide gamut of security and political fields, senior officials said Friday.
India and Russia will sign a Delhi Declaration during President Vladimir Putin's State visit from Dec. 3.

Another key document to be signed by the two leaders is expected to set out directions for a close partnership in economic,scientific and technological fields.
Putin will have a meeting with the prime minister followed by a private dinner soon after his arrival Tuesday evening from China.
Putin's visit is part of the decision taken by the two countries to have annual summit level meetings in either country.
