Fatah, Hamas to Resume Talks after Ramadan
The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and the mainstream Fatah movement will resume dialogue in Cairo on a halt to suicide bombing and national unity immediately after the Moslems holy month of Ramadan, officials saidTuesday.

The two Palestinian groups held talks three weeks ago in Cairo under the auspices of Egypt and the European Union on the same issues.
Fatah leader Zakareya Al Agha said there would be preparatory meetings prior to the next Cairo talks, adding that on Thursday they would draw up outlines of common points.
Mahmoud Azzahara, a senior Hamas leader in Gaza confirmed that the meetings between the two groups would be resumed in Cairo afterthe holy month of Ramadan, which is expected to end on Dec. 6.
