Heavy Fighting Occurs in Central Africa: Report

A heavy fighting occurred on Monday in Central Africa between the government forces and "Chadian aggressors," local radio reported.

A heavy fighting occurred on Monday in Central Africa between the government forces and "Chadian aggressors," local radio reported.

A "heavy fighting is underway at Bossembele between our troops and those of Chadian aggressors," said Central African President Ange-Felix Patasse through the radio.

According to the report, Bossembele is located some 155 km northwest of the country's capital of Bangui.
