S.Korea, DPRK to Hold Talks on Marine Transportation
South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Friday agreed to hold working-level talks from Nov. 18 to Nov. 20 at Mount Geumgang in DPRK to discuss inter-Korean cooperation in marine transportation and cross-border railway and road links, South Korea's Ministry of Unification said.

According to nation news agency Yonhap News report, the two sides fixed the talks' date early Friday, and they also exchanged lists of each other's three-member delegations to the inter-Korean marine transportation talks and the same number of delegates to the cross-border railway and road talks.
The talks will cover concrete measures to improve inter-Korean marine transportation and let South Korea's fishermen use the DPRK's fishing grounds as well as further measures to accelerate the reconstruction of inter-Korea railways and roads.
The intents of holding such talks were agreed in the third Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation Promotion meeting held in Pyongyang on Nov. 6-9
