One of the powerful explosions totally destroyed the Sari Club in the downtown of Denpasar, causing a large number of casualties.Some 20 cars and seven motorcycles nearby the club were damaged during the blast.
Indonesian Police Chief General Da'i Bachtiar said that the series of the explosions were "terrorist act." He flied to Bali onSunday morning to head the investigation into the bombing.
However, the airports on the Bali island remain open to facilitate the rescue and investigation process.
