China, the defending Asian champions, once trailed 17-14 but surged back with a 20-6 run for a 34-23 lead after the first quarter.
The Chinese improved to 64-39 at half time and were never challenged the rest of the way.
China will play South Korea, 69-68 lucky winners over the Philippines in the other semifinal on Saturday, in the men's basketball final scheduled for Monday.
