Meng covered the distance with a winning time of three minutes 58.748 seconds. Nurmaganbetov Kaisar of
Kazakhstan
took the silvermedal with four minutes 0.452 seconds.
Kovalenko Dmitriy of Uzberkistan placed third with three minutes 08.948 seconds.
